While new to North America, Bavaria Yachts are certainly not new in Europe. A quality production builder for over two decades, Bavaria Yachts are now producing almost 1700 yachts per year, incorporating the best of German craftsmanship and state-of-the-art construction methodology. Selection of materials and components coupled with stringent quality control procedures are second to none in the production boat industry. All that is very exlusive.

The yard in Germany – no where near the water : Land costs in Germany are high. To help reduce costs (which save you money), the yard has been developed about one hour south of Frankfurt, on the tip of the Bavarian region.

Bavaria’s are built in one of the most modern and technologically advanced yards in the world. Innovation, modern computer aided manufacturing processes and highly skilled craftsmen are all combined to produce yachts that are cost effective. Hand laid fiberglass to the waterline, double centerline laminates, Kevlar bow sections, reinforced stringers are just a few of the reasons why Bavaria’s have the Lloyd’s Register LRQA Offshore rating – the highest given in the pleasure craft industry.

Chainplates, thru-hulls, electrical, plumbing and fittings are all very easily accessible and of the best quality. The engine compartment is remarkably practical, allowing easy access for maintenance.

Combine features such as solid hand-laid fiberglass, Kevlar reinforced bow sections right down to the solid bronze thru-hulls with old world craftsmanship and the latest building technology and you get a yacht that is built to last a lifetime.

Each yacht is built under very stringent guidelines as set out by German Lloyd’s and each yacht is individually inspected and certified by a Lloyd’s inspector before leaving the production facility.
